- Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service.
- YSF Steps is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies.
- Please make sure someone is available to receive the order.
5 No Return / No Refund Policy
All Sales Are Final
Please note that YSF Steps does NOT accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been confirmed and dispatched. We kindly request all customers to carefully review their product, size, and color before placing an order.
- No returns will be accepted after the order is confirmed.
- No refunds will be issued for change of mind or incorrect size ordered.
- Please confirm your exact size and product details with us on WhatsApp before ordering.
- In case you receive a wrong or damaged item, contact us on WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos, and we will review it on a case-by-case basis.
