Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about ordering, sizing, delivery and our policies.

We take orders through WhatsApp only. Message us at 0337 3949798 with the shoe name, size and colour, and we'll confirm everything with you there.
Send us your usual shoe size on WhatsApp and we'll match it to the right YSF Steps size, or help you measure your foot if you're unsure. Please confirm sizing carefully — all orders are final.
Yes, we ship nationwide from Shikarpur, Sindh. Delivery usually takes 2–4 working days in Sindh/Punjab and 3–6 days elsewhere.
Cash on Delivery is available in most cities. Bank transfer and mobile wallet payments (JazzCash / EasyPaisa) are also accepted — we'll confirm what's available for your area on WhatsApp.
All orders are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is confirmed. Please double-check size, colour and product details on WhatsApp before confirming.
This is the only exception to our final sale policy. Message us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we'll arrange a replacement if the issue is confirmed.
No, we don't offer cash refunds since all sales are final. The only exception is a confirmed damaged, defective, or incorrect item, handled case by case on WhatsApp.
